The BT Cricket Academy offers extensive opportunities for junior cricketers to learn throughout the year. Improve, Enhance and Excel.
Our aim is to provide high quality cricket coaching in small group settings. We offer regular academy sessions as well as private 1 to 1 coaching.
All our sessions are run by qualified coaches.

He completed a foundation degree in Sports Coaching and he also has coaching experience with the Worcestershire CCC academy.
Ben’s coaching ethos is aligned with producing the ‘complete’ 3 dimensional cricketer.
The coaching sessions are all built around Ben’s passion, enthusiasm and desire to produce the next generation of successful cricketers.
Zum made his first-class debut on 18 May 2023, against Durham and has also played for the England Lions where he took 5-17 with the ball against Sri Lanka.
He is a right handed batsman and right arm medium pace bowler.
In his first 5 wicket haul for his county, both Joe Root and Harry Brook were two of Zum’s victims! He’s also “one of our own”, a player here at BSCC !!
Thilan is left arm spinner who entered the Middlesex Academy via their age-group set-up.
He later earned his first professional contract in 2020 after finishing the 2019 season as the leading wicket taker in the Second Eleven Championship.
He has made 15 appearances in the T20 blast.
